Memory Care
Adults who have Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia have unique physical and emotional needs that benefit significantly from specialized Memory Care. Our Memory Support community is designed and staffed for the special needs of residents with Dementia, Alzheimer’s and other types of memory impairments. This secure and home-like environment, offers 24 hour supervision, and assistance with daily dressing, hygiene and medication. Our secured Memory Care unit is designed to ensure our residents’ safety without restricting their freedom to move and explore. Our unit is fully secured at all times.
All of our programming, as well as our community design, is based on Memory Care best practices, to meet the specific needs of our residents. Our dedicated staff is extensively trained in caring for residents with dementia. Our multi-disciplinary team of professional staff, in conjunction with family members, develops and implements an individualized service plan for each resident. This personalized and interactive programming enhances the quality of life of your loved ones.
We offer a secure setting with specially designed programs, activities and services for those with memory impairment. Maintaining identity and a strong sense of self comes from living a life filled with meaning and purpose and we understand that memory loss should not change that. Our highly trained and caring staff takes a sensitive approach to assisting residents in our distinctive memory support community so they can enjoy the most active and engaged life possible. We have our residents enjoy activities such as gardening, kitchen work, and other projects that provide the opportunity to use meaningful life skills and talents.
On a daily basis your loved one will partake in recreational activities that stimulate the mind, body and soul. Each resident will have an individually customized plan-of-care that will be geared to maximizing life long passions and hobbies in order to restore and rejuvenate memory and function. Our environment is home-like and secure, leaving you with peace of mind regarding the well-being of your loved one.

Tovertafel Magic Table
Interactive and stimulating game-based therapeutic tool
Created in the Netherlands by Dre Hester Le Riche, Tovertafel - magic table in Dutch, is a care solution for people living with Alzheimer's or cognitive disorders based on research and co-creation with collective living environments.
Tovertafel projects interactive games and vibrant images onto a surface. The various games react to senior players' movements and have one thing in common: they have a useful purpose in addition to providing joy and entertainment.
